This bulk meal prep option has 5 meals in total if you select the 5 meal bundle, or 7 meals if you select the 7 meal bundle each meal will contain 6-7oz of protein, 1 1/2 cup of carbs, and 1 cup of veggies. This meal bundle is at a discounted price, with that being said the meals will be selected for you if you select the 5 meal bundle and no meal substitutions are permitted (THE TOP 5 MEALS SELECTED BY OTHER CLIENTS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU with the 5 meal bundle) and all 7 menu items for the 7 meal bundle.
